The Smart Wash terminal strives to strike a balance between accessibility for the visually impaired and smart features for able-bodied people.

Card / Device acceptance is simplified by use of a large contactless Tap zone, located intuitively on the full face of the terminal’s display (not a small zone on the side, back, or top).

Business obligation

It is common practice and expected that the business should assist a person with an impairment. This may include card presentation or receipt giving.
